Roy Adams<\/b>\u00a0is the Court Rep for Cottesloe Court, and has great affection for the area even though rather a newcomer: having only moved to Galley Hill in 2014.\u00a0 He retired in 2016 after previously working in a range of management roles in the finance area for 37 years,\u00a0 mainly in London, but also in Chester, Liverpool, Derbyshire and Milton Keynes. Just after his retirement he was \u201cvolunteered\u201d to become Treasurer of the Galley Hill Residents Association at its inaugural meeting, a post he has held ever since. He was co-opted on to Stony Stratford Town Council in May 2018, when one of the previous\u00a0councillors\u00a0for Galley Hill resigned. He feels that living on the estate he represents gives him an advantage in dealing with residents\u2019 concerns.<\/p>\n
